Toshiba laptop caught in an infinite loop?

Today the Toshiba laptop is strange, well it was always something with the hard drive. Today he wants to start properly in more and first he shows me: Automatic repair is being prepared. Then he shows me: diagnosis is being carried out. And then I hang in for hours: Disk is being repaired. This process can take over an hour. But I've been waiting for 7 hours and I'm slowly blowing out. I don't get into the start settings either and I've tried a lot but nothing. I have a Windows 8 installation and repair CD here and do not know how to save my PC with it. Need help all my files are at risk. Would be extremely nice of you if you help me. PS: I only have it on my laptop and that's why I hate laptops.

Insert the repair CD into the drive.

Press the reset button.

Then press F11 when booting, or the one that is for the start menu.

Select the CD and start the repair options.

Switch off the laptop, because everything that is attempted to repair will further damage your data…

Remove the current hard drive and replace it with a new one… It's best to use an SSD…

you build the old disk into an external hard drive housing and only supports it via USB…

you set up your system on the new disk… You have the data you still need on the mobile disk - then copy it to where you need it and is good…

The shorter the "defective" disk is still running, the better you will get your data back…

A defective disk should not be left running for long to avoid data loss…

I would replace the plate, see my comment…
