I restarted my laptop while installing a game from the Xbox Store on the PC. After restarting the game, the download of the game could not be continued due to an error code, so I tried to fix this problem using PowerShell. Did it too, because I can download all the other games again, only the one game that I stopped in the middle of the download doesn't want to be installed. It only says "Preparation is 0%", i.e. It is in the queue and is not downloading. All other games can be downloaded immediately. How do I fix the problem? Among other things, the error code 0x00000001 or something like that is displayed after a long wait.
Look in your explorer for orders from this game, if they are there then delete them (be careful, some of them may contain game progress if you have played the game before). Also reinstall the launcher you used to download the game.

Xbox game pass games are not just stored somewhere they are stored in explorer under WindowsApps, to which one has no access. I took a quick look and there's nothing saved under the name Control, so I assume that no files were installed on it
