I bought this microphone set, but I can only use it with a laptop.
I originally wanted to use it by singing with my guitar which I connect to the box and my colleague with the microphone so that it sounds like a studio and professional.

The box is an audio interface, which is an elaborate sound card for computers. The purpose of the box is to get primary signals (guitar / microphone) into the computer (e.g. For a recording) or to get sound out of the computer (headphones or, if applicable, connected boxes).
It doesn't matter whether the computer is a laptop or a box under the table - as long as everything is compatible with each other.
The microphone itself has nothing to do with it. That would work on technology other than the audio interface; E.g. At a mixer - then without a computer.
