Although I have a new laptop and now wanted to continue using my office home on it, I entered everything in the network and it means that it was already taken, I still have the home office on my old PC.
Do I have to do or delete something there

You should have uninstalled the old PC Office and deleted it from the directoriestry.
Now there's only one option.
Go to the Office app on Windows and enter your Microsoft account there.
Go to Devices and try to remove your old PC.
Reinstall Office and see if it activates.
Should actually work.
