Who knows about The Sims 4 Legacy Edition?

Although I can play the normal Sims, even with some extensions with my laptop, but unfortunately somehow urban life not and that's a pity! Apparently my graphics card is too weak. This is reflected in the fact that the Sims suddenly stop responding. Now there's the Legacy Edition. Could it work with it?

The Legacy Edition has only come on the market to bring unsupported systems to work. What represents eg a 32bit system or iOS.
