I've got a question. I have a Windows 10 laptop and have it turned on this morning, because I wanted to look at older pictures, only all preinstalled programs of Windows itself, are apparently all gone. Then I went to the Microsoft Store to reinstall it, which I did, but to no avail. My question now is, if I can get it any different, or if I have to rebuild my laptop in the worst case scenario?
Where are these apps and programs gone?
On the desktop? - Or even in Settings> Apps> Apps and Features?
If they have disappeared from the desktop, a lazy laptop restart can often help (in the shutdown menu, select "Restart").
So they are not in the settings anymore. I have tried to reboot, only this did not work. So they are uninstalled I guess.
They will not be uninstalled without the user's intervention.
Check the Win10 Start menu to see if the apps (programs) are still there and if they are still there, if they are open.
