Uninstall Dolby Audio X2 App (s)?

I'm about to uninstall some apps from my laptop (Lenovo) that I do not need anymore. I came across two apps that have almost the same name. They both have the same picture, that of the Dolby logo. One is called "Dolby Audio X2 Windows API SDK" and the other is called "Dolby Audio X2 Windows APP".

I do not know what these apps are for, I suspect they were pre-installed when I got the laptop. Uninstalling is an option, but I'm afraid I need the apps for anything, like sound. Does anyone know? Can I uninstall these apps without losing the sound on the laptop?

This is the audio driver of your laptop you should not uninstall unless you want to install another, but most of the time the standard driver is the best.

You probably also have an app for setting the equalizer then the "Dolby Audio X2 Windows APP"
