Can you destroy Windows with drivers?

We have a freshly installed PC at home. I ran a "driver tool" over it and saw that something was missing with 22 drivers.

I downloaded and installed all of them.

Since then there have been enormous problems starting up the PC. Actually every time it ends up in the ":( That shouldn't have happened" screen (blue) and starts up again and ends up there again. All repairs have failed (Windows could not be installed) and blue screen again.

We send in the PC - just my question: Thought through drivers, does the whole thing run more smoothly?

With the same driver tool I got up three other laptops, WITHOUT problems, that has been for weeks / months.

Only the tower PC is completely dead, but in the worst possible way.

Can this have something to do with the drivers, or with the SSD hard drive?

The PC has already been repaired, here the SSD was tested and it was said that it has "several quirks", but it seems to be running smoothly.

For fun we tested the PC with another SSD and installed drivers here too, because I didn't know that it could be their fault.

Conclusion: same problem.

According to the Internet, it can also be due to the motherboard?

Now the question of probabilities:

Old SSD (although there were also problems with the new one)
Driver?
Motherboard?

I don't expect a ready-made solution, maybe someone just had a similar problem before.

If the wrong drivers are installed, problems with the installed hardware may well arise.

I don't really like such "I-install-all-drivers-for-you" tools anyway. It is better to do everything manually by looking for the hardware at the manufacturer and downloading the appropriate drivers there.

These "install me and leave the rest to me" programs are more epidemic (often with funny viruses attached) than anything else. Better or the only sensible thing is that you make yourself smart what you need in terms of drivers (manufacturer sites) and that you load and install them there. Possibly you can still kindly google whether there's a certain order (often found in notebooks).

The best thing to do is to restart the computer in safe mode and only install the drivers using the Windows updater. Manuel would only install the chipset driver from the mainboard
