My mom got a laptop, but Linux was installed on it. But she does not get along with Linux and would like to have Windows again. However, I only have a Windows 7 64-bit key, which is why I first installed Windows 7 and then upgraded to Windows 10. However, I have the following problem: Windows 7 starts, the laptop is running, but the drivers are missing? Neither USB ports nor all other ports work. Not even the LAN connection. But I have to activate Windows 7 online to upgrade to Windows 10. But I can't connect to the internet without a LAN driver or WLAN driver. On the side of Acer I only find drivers for Windows 10.
What should I do now to get on the Internet or to get drivers to activate Windows 7? Do you have links to drivers that work on Windows 7? I would need only LAN or WLAN driver.
Acer does not provide drivers for Windows 7 for this notebook.
You can install Windows 10 directly and then try to activate with the Windows 7 key (but this must not be used for another PC already). Officially, the free upgrade has not existed for a long time, but Microsoft could still accept that. So just try it, otherwise buy a so-called OEM product key for Windows 10, which costs legal and reputable under 20 euro, e.g. Here:

The Windows 10 operating system itself is available free of charge from Microsoft for creation on a bootable USB stick:
Thank you, have already "solved" the problem myself and bought me at MMOGA Windows 10.
Well, good luck!
