I bought a new notebook from MediaMarkt today. However, I do not like it so much at all. And it does not seem to completely fulfill what I need. Have him set up for me. And was good 1 hour on the Internet. Have googled a bit and read the media market so synonymous takes back if the article does not like one. Is that correct? Did anyone else do this before?
And can I just uninstall my data before that? And then give it back with original packaging, and undamaged?
A legal right of withdrawal exists only with on-line purchases.
If you have bought that in the market, you depend on the goodwill of the people there. Go and try your luck, but as I said, not committed to take back the notebook!
MediaMarkt actually takes everything back, even if not mandatory.
In 99.5% of cases they do this in MM.
They do not have to do it.
Just go and tell them that the product does not meet your expectations. The MM with us has never taken back anything if I wanted to give something back, as long as the product was not verhunst.
And yes, put it back in the factory state
