Windows stopcode?

Laptop crashes with blue screen and message windows.com/stopcode and restarts.

Try to start it in safe mode with command prompt. Then enter the following command:

sfc / scannow

That repairs Windows 10.

If that doesn't work, create a Windows 10 USB boot stick on another computer. All you have to do is download the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft. Then boot the created stick on the affected laptop. It can also be used to repair Windows 10.

I also recommend downloading and installing the latest drivers for your laptop. You can get this from the manufacturer's website for the laptop.
