WLAN signal is not received?

I opened my laptop from below and cleaned the fan on it, but when I turned it on again, the Wi-Fi was only bad so I have to be 1m next to the router that it recognizes the Wi-Fi. Before that, I always had almost full bars in my room.

The Bluetooth also only has a short distance at which the laptop receives koch.

How can I fix this now?

Open it again - you probably removed the antenna cables by accident.
Usually there are 2 cables that are plugged into the WLAN module.
