How long does OTTO credit take after the return?

How long does OTTO credit take after a notebook has been returned? When I call there I'm always told to wait because of Corona and since it is an electrical device, it would have to be checked. It's been 4 weeks and still no credit.

Up to 14 days after receiving the product.

I've returned something else and have been waiting for a little over 2 weeks now, but should come soon

Because the customer service wrote to me at the beginning, after 3 weeks at the latest, I would get my money back.
