Second, the worst thing you can do is watch videos. For example, 1x Tagesschau is 400 Mb.
Thirdly, look in your consumption of the mobile phone which app the volume idle time.
Fourth, get the firewall app without root. First of all, all traffic is blocked and you can enable traffic for each app. It's a bit annoying at the beginning but worth it.
