Credit of the flat rate is gone every time after a short time, why is that?

I bought a flat rate with 2 GB, then I received the text message "Allnet Flat is extended", after 5 minutes of YouTube the credit (14.99) was used up.

Of course it goes faster then, but something is wrong?

Because this also includes the flat rate for calls for 4 weeks, which is not related to the data volume.

Recently it was also said that the AllnetFlat would be extended, then after a text message and a 5-minute call (!) The credit was used up.

Does anyone have any experience of what's going on?

I urgently need a tip or a hint.

You should check whether you are using the correct APN on the Internet.

Ma

Have you really booked the flat rate and not just topped up your credit?

Gu

Leave your email out here!

Who pays 14.99 euro for a ridiculous 2 GB?

Look at http://www.winsim.de

When you watch videos on the net, it's no wonder it's gone straight away.

Ma

Well, without an APN (or with the wrong one) you won't even get into the Internet.

Ti

First, 2 GB is little.

Second, the worst thing you can do is watch videos. For example, 1x Tagesschau is 400 Mb.

Thirdly, look in your consumption of the mobile phone which app the volume idle time.

Fourth, get the firewall app without root. First of all, all traffic is blocked and you can enable traffic for each app. It's a bit annoying at the beginning but worth it.

I had booked the flat rate, then I received the message, "Flat rate has to be extended", after I had topped up, I received the text message "Flat rate has been extended".

Regarding the content: It was about a flat rate, through which mobile data is used up quickly, but calls and SMS are included as a flat rate for 4 weeks.

The fact that mobile data may be used up - 5 minutes being very fast after all - or that mobile data is slower, may well be.

But not the entire credit: As I said, calls and SMS can be used as a flat rate for 4 weeks with the credit.

Regarding the formal:

I'm new here in the forum and only then received the information that I would be notified by email anyway if there were answers.

Well, I think nobody can stalk you or the like via email, and it's my decision and responsibility.

Gu

You look lazy.

De

1000 MB is one GB, so not all of it can be used after 5 minutes.

To look after the apps is a good tip, firewall is also useful but if all are closed, no app should actually eat anything (?)

On the one hand, 14.99 was previously gone through a call and an SMS, and on the other hand, it is a flat rate over which calls are possible over 4 weeks, so at most the data volume should be slower, but calls are still possible. That's the strange thing.

Ma

Huh? Like mine?

Gu

Not you. 🤣
