New family Wi-Fi router problem?

We changed the provider and got a new router, I installed it as it was in the description and changed the Wi-Fi name and password. Everything works great and it's faster than the old one. But only with my laptop the internet is very slow, everything loads very slowly and then for a short time it runs normally again and then very slowly. In our family there are other devices such as ipads, laptops and cell phones and everything is quick and easy, only with my laptop there are long "charging interruptions", although I have full reception according to the Wi-Fi signal.

i updated the network driver and updated everything, i don't know what problem there might be with my laptop, can someone help me?
