Notebook (touch) display broken?

My notebook fell off today (it was really a mistake) now my display / screen has cracks. Everything works with the keyboard and the mouse but I can't use the touch function on my screen (you can touch it as often as you want it does not react)

How can you fix this? What costs would arise to buy a new display? Where could you buy this?

A replacement display costs about 60 to 200 euro, for the installation you have to estimate 80 euro.

If the device is older than 3 years, this is a total economic loss.
