Headphones - beeping / noise in all possible devices, what to do?

When I have my over-ears (Audio-Technica ATH-M50X), I think I have 38 ohms, connect to my TV, the laptop, Gameboy or something else, then I hear constant noise / a little beep. If I connect the same headphones to my hi-res MP3 player, this will not happen. What can it be and could it be e.g. With a headphone amplifier or similar Remove? What should I put attention on?

As you mentioned. This problem does not occur with your HiRes player, it is probably because the audio chips in the respective device are not sufficient.

This could be remedied with an additional DAC.
