Windows 10 delete 14GB recovery partition?

So just have this 14GB recovery partition and several smaller ones. I reset Windows once, not the hard drive, but Windows. Now my question is, can I safely delete the 14GB partition? And how do I get the free 14GB into the data (D. Partition?

General: Laptop SSD, only one hard drive

Thanks in advance!

Ja

I'd rather leave it there, after all, it's a recovery partition for a reason. If you should do it anyway, you can then go to enlarge the data portition.

If you have enough brains, then you can leave the recovery data where it is. Only danger seekers work without something like that.

Otherwise: Deleting the partitions does not pose a problem for ongoing operations - only if ongoing operations no longer run ad hoc.

How do you say: no backup? No pity!

Where such a small DATA partition calls for an SSD swap to a decent size. 😉

There are a total of 3 recovery partitions, whereby it says on the Internet that only one with approx. 450MB would be normal. I now ask whether it would be possible to delete this 14GB partition. Where is the reason to react so toxic now?

Bo

Still have 200GB in the C: partition. Enough for me, so you don't care

Bo

Yes, I know, but the partitions have to be next to each other to enlarge, but between them there would be the 512MB partition.

If you put on the shoe of the "danger seeker", then that is your problem. Exactly if you shouldn't make backups.

Otherwise you will have received the answer to your question, if you would have read my answer.
There's nothing to add to this - apart from the recommendation to install a larger SSD. 22.5 GB for data is ridiculous - even if you add the 14 GB of recovery partitions. (I'm just afraid you don't want to hear THAT.)
