I need a laptop that is fast (internet)
It's certainly not quick and cheap. Has only one Celeron CPU and comes straight from China, so it will only be a cheaply mixed product there.

Laptops good, fast and cheap are hardly possible anyway.
The first question for me would be, does it have to be a laptop when a PC is faster and cheaper? When you are out and about, you can do almost everything with an inexpensive tablet or smartphone and concentrated work is always best at home on the PC.
If you have to have a laptop, then spend a little more or look around for good used ones on eBay.
