What do you think of back belts?

I often have back pain when writing, especially on my laptop, sometimes neck pain and when I stretch it also happens that it cracks several times or the like. And like many of us, I'm definitely not sitting straight and my attitude is rather more… Sport is also a thing Sache

The thing is that I don't immediately notice something like that, especially when you are busy and you only feel the consequences of bad posture later.

In the meantime I see back belts and that they should be good. Sure, you shouldn't wear it all day, but only for a few hours. But do they really bring anything? Would it be worth buying something like that?

They only remind you to sit upright through the pressure they exert

Better not do that. Better get yourself a sitting ball and replace it with your chair several times a day. Make sure you exercise more.

Whatever goes without great effort:

Throw 3-5 balloons in the air and try to keep everyone up in the air so that nobody touches the ground.

2-3 times a day 10-15 minutes brings well-being.

When the studios reopen, targeted back training would be a good thing for you.

Sitting straight is a mathematical equation. If you bend forward 50% of the day, you have to train your muscles in the opposite direction.
