Computer scrolls automatically?

So I've had a problem with my computer (Windows 10) since last night. My computer marks and scrolls by itself in some places. I've restarted the computer and disconnected and reconnected the mouse several times. However, it does not scroll on any Internet pages but in the start menu. And it's not the mouse because it works on my laptop and it scrolls even when the mouse is not connected. I hope you can understand what I mean, as it is a little harder to explain.

The best thing to do is to uninstall the driver from the mouse in the device manager and reinstall it.

It is best to first pull off the mouse, press "Windows key + X", select Device Manager with the arrow keys to navigate the mice, open with the right arrow key, then press Enter on the mouse, then on "Driver" and on "Uninstall device ". Then shut down the PC with Windows key + F3, restart, reconnect the mouse and test.
