System time changes Windows 7?

The system time changes again and again in the millisecond range. Then the Don't sleep program is canceled and the laptop goes into standby. The change is displayed in the Event Viewer under Kernel General.

The CMOS battery seems to be ok. Even if the Internet update is switched off, the process takes place again and again at irregular intervals. An obscure process!

I guess nobody knows this or knows a solution.
