On Sunday I made an expensive and important order at Otto.de, a laptop. Already Monday I was informed that it was delivered to the corresponding distribution center and yesterday morning there stood that the package is delivered today (15.10). It did not come yesterday, however. Now I've been waiting all day today and still nothing came. The customer service I contacted, but nothing came back so far. This gets on my nerves, because this order is a bit more expensive.
Someone the same experiences or tips?
Maybe it's related to deaths at Hermes and the distribution center closed yesterday.

The at Otto.de can't help me first, at Hermes I spoke the first time with someone who could hardly speak German and did not understand me, the second time with someone who was rude and almost barking at me and only on the tracking function hinweiste. But with experience you will not get help. This will not make your package faster. Only Hermes can give you specific information. This Bauchpinselei with nice answers will not get you. Reality is what counts and it is not always comfortable.
