Severe headache due to long screen time?

Because I have to learn from home because of the corona virus, I sit in front of the laptop every day for around 6-7 hours. Only for 3 days now. I go out around 2am every day and move. I have had an extreme headache since yesterday. Does anyone have tips for headaches without taking a pill right away?

Sit less in front of it

Maybe a blue light filter will help you, otherwise you will probably have to sit in front of the computer a little less.
