Permanent headache and nothing helps?

Mi

I've had a headache for almost 2 years, so I get up in the morning with a headache and go to bed in the evening with a headache. I drink 2-3 liters of water daily and sleep on average 8-9 hours. I try as mobile phone, laptop as possible; TV etc. Especially in the evening to avoid. I have been to all sorts of doctors: Neurology (MRI, CT), Ophthalmologist, Allergies have been clarified and and and. Everything without findings. The pain is usually spread over the entire head and often extends to the face and eyes or neck and back. It is not migraine either. Meanwhile, not even more painkillers work.

Maybe someone knows about it or has the same complaints, thank you very much!

Can't that be a migraine or even something mental?

Of

I also have nonspecific headaches. Migraine is also present but not always.

I first became aware of it through a nutritionist. Although I have no gluten intolerance, a diet change has provided relief for me. I eat a lot more fruits, vegetables and fiber and try to reduce the carbohydrates. For a while I also made an exclusion diet. Over time it got better and the medications worked better.

Mi

Well you can't diagnose migraine properly but the symptoms do not fit. Which doctor lets you clarify something mental?

Mi

So the pain does not go away, but is more bearable and easier to treat?

ji

At the psychologist or psychiatrist.

Right, I have an arsenal of painkillers at home and unfortunately there were times in the height phase there was nothing to help. Simply nothing has relieved the pain. Due to the pain, I would have to vomit. Work was not possible, leisure was not possible. On such days I had to report sick and just lay in bed and prayed that it would stop. I could not move a mm every smallest movement was so painful that I had to vomit. Exhausted, I fell asleep. However, since I have adjusted my diet, the painkillers work much better. I have fewer sick days. I have been keeping migraine diary. On average, I had such headaches 3-4x a week. Sometimes also connected and often brought painkillers nothing.

But now I have an average of 1-2 headaches a week and the medication works so well that the pain disappears after one or two pills. I just hope that stays that way or even gets better. The pain does not disappear, he comes and goes as he wants but at least he knows how to help himself when he comes and I did not have to vomit anymore. Ie the pain intensity has also decreased.

Mi

Then I wish you continued much done. It is not that bad for me, but I notice how the intensity has increased over time. Thank you very much I will definitely give it a try.

Mi

Okey thank you

Have you ever been to an orthopedist? This can come from the spine. Or from the teeth. Or if you have mental pressure, do you clench your teeth at night, or do you even crunch? Do you snore? Have your hormones ever been determined?

The cause of headaches are really hard to find. I only know where the defect is almost never to look for. Where it hurts!

Write down a food diary. Every day you write down what you have eaten and all the ingredients just like salt pepper tomato paste. If you have done that for 2 weeks, you can show your nutritional behavior to a nutritionist. They will tell you if there are any abnormalities, so it was at least with me.

In parallel, I have a headache diary. So I could almost always look up what I ate the day or the day before when I got a seizure. For example, I've discovered foods that increase the likelihood of headaches. I have reduced some of them (like carbohydrates) to others I have completely omitted.

Mi

I was at the orthopedist and also did physiotherapy. Unfortunately it did not work. Sometimes I actually press my teeth on each other but only for a few weeks

Mi

I will do that thank you

Look, if a back and neck massage helps you.

Even if you have been to the orthopedist and did not help with physiotherapy, good muscle treatment may reduce your pain.

For years I have had a severe headache (fortunately not as continuous as you, you poor man) and no doctor has found a reason.

Make sure you check with the dentist the Wuzeln. And maybe go to the ENT, because inflammation can trigger a headache as well. By the way, did you let your family doctor determine your inflammation levels in your blood?

Painkillers no longer work because resistance has been built up. That means, if you're used to Ibu and Aspirin, they will not work anymore, but Novalgin and acetaminophen, for example, will work. But you should not take too much of the rest, otherwise they will not work very fast any more, not to mention the health consequences.

Headaches (no matter where they come from) usually help with relaxation of all kinds. So it's best to do more of what you love rather than what's stressing you. Go for a warm shower more often, try massages and relaxation therapies. Before you know the cause, drug experimentation is pointless and harmful. Try to make your days as good as possible and get the best sleep position at night, possibly with orthopedic pillows.

In any case, I wish you soon an easy to treat diagnosis and a speedy recovery

Are you 100% sure? At night you often do not notice that. Since I got my dental splint, my headaches have gotten a lot better. You can even try to "train" your jaw with a few youtube tips because there's actually much useful here. Cuck if you find something of Liebscher and Bracht. If it does not help, at least it does not hurt. It is a chance!

And just as you write it is really often, if something is wrong with the bite, or you press / crunches.
