What awaits me at the doctor / What can I do before - headache?

Of course I will go to the doctor in the next few days. However, I would like to know what I could expect, or what I may already do before.

I've been suffering from a headache for almost a month now. These are continuous every day. So I wake up with a headache and go to bed with a headache. The headache is not unbearable, which is why I have not been to the doctor. I therefore only take Ibu 400mg 1 to 2 times a week, which does not really improve it. The pain is tugging, throbbing and usually on the top of the head rather on the right side, but sometimes pulls to both temples. When getting up, it beats a lot more violent shortly and if I watch long TV or sitting on the laptop, read a book, etc., the headache significantly stronger and I have to pinch my eyes together (but no problems seeing). Otherwise, I have no symptoms of illness, such as fever or neck pain.

Does anyone have any idea what that might be? And what can I do about it in the short term?

Me

Clearly: brain tumor

Joking aside…

Too little hydration.

Tension in the neck / back

Blood pressure too high.

Doctor visit is definitely not wrong.
