Remove permanently installed laptop battery?

My laptop gets extremely hot while playing and charging at the same time, so I thought about removing my battery and just leaving the power plug inside. Is that possible?

Ha

In principle it works.

This is usually possible with laptops.

Yes is possible, but then you have to have it permanently connected to the electricity

You can do BUT…

It's not the battery, it won't solve your problem.

If you operate a laptop on the mains plug and the battery is full, the battery is not used at all. This is quasi bridged and the power only comes from the power supply. And even then, the heat generated by the store is not that high.

It just gets warm because the graphics card and CPU have to do a lot while you are gaming. That creates heat.

But, if it is hot on the outside, it means that the heat comes out well, that's good for now.

You can even download HWMonitor to determine the internal temperature.

You can't answer that like that.

There are notebooks that absolutely need a battery for operation, they do not start at all or run unstable. Just try it.

Your heat problem is unlikely to be due to the battery. This is probably more due to the fact that notebooks always get very warm when gaming because everything is kept very compact.
