Why doesn't my echo test work with BigBlueButton?

Hola, maybe someone knows their way around here. We use BigBlueButton for school and every time I try to do the echo test for my microphone, I get an error message that my connection has been interrupted. I have a good internet connection though. It works on my mobile phone, but not on my tablet or laptop (not Apple).

Otherwise the presentation goes through without any problems, only the connection with the microphone doesn't work.

Some days it works, some not.

That's the way it is with me

If you go in via a browser on your PC, you should first enable the microphone for this website in the settings.
