I want to buy a laptop should be at least 13 or 15.6 inches I want to do some school stuff on it and maybe. Minecraft should play in the price range of 350 to 400

Your notebook should already have the following properties:

i3 Intel CPU or Ryzen 3
SSD, even if it's only a 128GB, 256GB would be optimal.
8GB RAM

That should be feasible for 400 euro.

This is only possible with AMD Ryzen CPUs.

You can forget about Intel in Minecraft, because of the really bad graphics.
