Internet DSL / WLAN / LAN?

I have the following problem:

My WLAN has not worked for two weeks. During that time, my network operators were struggling with technical issues. At first it concerned the complete Internet access, now only the WLAN for a few days.

Current situation:

LAN> constant internet

Wi-Fi> (Connected / Full Strength), but no Internet access, or aborts after a few minutes and the router restarts automatically.

----

Have already:

- phoned several times with the customer support (without result)

Router repeatedly set up (reset to factory settings)

-Router taken from the power / connection

-My device checks mobile / laptop / PC (which it is not)

> My guess is the router is broken, the same meant the technician in the house and has checked the lines.

Question: Has anyone ever dealt with such a situation and can I continue to help?

The easiest way to test it would be with another router.

What is in the protocol of the router?
