Windows performance index 5.3 good or bad?

My laptop reaches a value of 5.3. Is that good or bad? 7.9 is the best you can achieve.

Reasonably bad. You have to see that the Windows index is still tailored to older hardware. At that time, I still achieved 5.8 with a normal 5400 HDD from Samsung.
