Laptop for After Effects 2D?

Which laptop (as cheap as possible) would you recommend to easily create 2d animations in After Effects?

If possible under 500 euro

With this budget, nothing works fine with AE.

Then over it, but what would you recommend anyway as cheap as possible?

I've also bought a laptop for such animation stories, which has cost 1,300 euro… Think four times it will be, if you do not want to buy used.

As cheap as possible would mean to recommend as bad as possible. You will have to spend at least 1000 euro.
