Now he wheezes and hisses worse than my old laptop. I have a real headache, every 2 minutes he starts to "hippers" for 15 seconds, then rest. That is not how it works! What should I do?

On the one hand you can try to optimize the energy consumption and thus the waste heat through the energy saving options, on the other hand you can see whether you can configure the fans in the BIOS.
