Is it a laptop? I downloaded the demo of The Crew 2 and it jerked a lot. So you couldn't play it. And if you think that GTA works without jerking, can you still buy it in the shop?
Gta also needs quite a good GPU and good hardware, otherwise it won't work.

What "weak" graphics card? Weaker than a Geforce 9800GT? Then not.

Contains at least one Intel UHD 630 graphics solution, and your book is simultaneously equipped with at least 2 × 4 GB DDR4-2400 in dual-channel mode, you could use it to make GTA V at least in 720p resolution with a minimal preset, but reasonably smooth play low FPS on average.
