I bought the BT-Earbuds Ugreen Hitune. I have perfect sound on my phone (unless I'm talking about discord).
When I'm on the laptop (Medion Akoya S4401) and want to make a call via discord, the sound is miserable. I seem to have 2 different headphones to choose from: hands free and normal, which I called "(better)".
When I'm on the phone, I can only listen to music at the same time if I've selected Hands free as the default device. However, the quality of it is extremely poor.
So how can I be on discord in a call and listen to good quality music at the same time?
You have to completely deactivate handsfree for both sound and recording. If you have activated this, the sound or the microphone is very tinny because the microphone is used by the headphones. You have to activate the "other" headphones in brackets (better) as standard.
Just right click on it and deactivate it.
My headset has exactly the same system, many BT headphones have it.
PS. When deactivating it can crack disgusting, at least for me.
@Bobbymowick If I completely deactivate this and select "better" as the standard device, I have very good sound again. If I then open discord and go into a call, I don't hear anything anymore (although I have the correct output in dc). What can that be?
