Can't transfer music to iTunes on iPhone?

Up until a few weeks ago, this was still possible, but iTunes has '' changed '' a bit (laptop) and I don't know where you can now load music into your phone. Do you have an idea? I have the iPhone 8 plus cell phone if this matters.
