Stream xbox from PC?

I would like to connect my laptop to my xbox and run the stream on the laptop, or record the xbox with the laptop. How does it work and what do I need for it?

Of course I want to record the whole thing with a voice.

I would spontaneously think of wireless play. Alternatively via a HDMI switch?

With Windows 10, you can stream your game from console to PC or taplet using the Xbox app.
