Even if you don't want to, talking to your parents is the first important step. Then you can look for a solution together.
Such constraints can also be suppressed with discipline as long as they are not yet too pronounced.

I suffer from compulsions (since 2013) and what you say sounds like a compulsion to act (compulsory ritual) and compulsion to control. But self-diagnosis is not possible at first. If you're really worried, find a psychologist. Believe me, the constraints become less if you join in there and do what the psychologist tells you! ^^
So I wouldn't say abnormal, there are a lot of people with something like that. And that can get so much better if you look for help early instead of waiting until you can't get out of the house. Your parents will surely also listen to you if you tell them that it is stressful for you
