Active near-field monitors noise?

I recently bought the Presonus Eris E5 active nearfield monitors. I connected it directly to my audio interface (Presonus Audiobox USB), and immediately noticed that an extremely strange noise comes from the monitor monitors (the audio interface is connected via a powered usb hub, which definitely provides enough power). In order to check whether the boxes are maybe broken, I connected the audio interface to my laptop. Flawlessly ran there without any noise! Whether I connect via jack, XLR or RCA: It works great on a laptop, but always works with this https://linksharing.samsungcloud.com/contents/view?contentsToken=1584626186141CgiNVTw¤tIndex=1 on a PC. How can I proceed to solve the problem?

I had that with me too. In the end it was because the USB cable from my interface was too close to other cables. The tension must have jumped over somehow. I then connected it to the USB ports on the front of my pc, then it worked

Unfortunately, this is not the solution. Noise increases even at the front USB ports.

Are there any other cables nearby? If, yes, do away with yourself

Topic is done! I bought a USb isolator. Now runs perfectly.

That's what I'm saying ;-)
