Inexpensive notebook / laptop?

I need a new notebook (or Leptop) for my training. I need it especially to write and since I have to take it with me often, it should be fairly light… Unfortunately my budje is not very big (maximum 400 euro) … Do you know a good one despite the low to moderate price?
