Laptop keyboard is suddenly spinning?

So somehow I feel really stupid right now.

All of a sudden, my keyboard began to spin. At first she wrote completely arbitrarily big, sometimes small. Then even as if by magic "------" the hyphen on the assembly line and at some point not again.

Special characters did not work at all. I have reset my laptop. What happens is "normal" to write, but the question mark does not work. If I shift and the button off? Press, comes only "ß" so with and without shift.

Incidentally, I write here from the computer, so do not be surprised that everything goes here.

The keyboard is set to German and after reset everything is back to default. So what could be the problem then?

The Caps Lock key has the reverse function at times. If you press them, you write small and vice versa…
