Connect a screen and see if it's the same there. Then the graphics card is defective. Unless,. Your display is over.
Everything is normal on the TV. So the display is broken.

Probably… Or the connection cable over the joints is defective
For me it was a loose connection in the power supply. Test whether this also occurs in battery mode - was not the case for me, therefore - power supply.
