Best notebook 2019?

I want to buy a new notebook. Should have at least 17 or 17.3 inches (or possibly up to 18 inches) and be well suited for e.g. Chat on the internet (Facebook, Girlfriend, check e-mails, etc.) and watch videos on Youtube. Which notebook should I buy if my budget is around 300 euro?

The for 330 euro has more memory, however, the CPU is very very very bad, so I would advise against this laptop.

The first mentioned should be just right for you even if the memory is a bit lean.
