I wanted to ask if you can still play Gta 4 because I bought it from steam and somehow you couldn't open it. I gave it back but I still want to play it. Does anyone know anything helpful?
PS: So leasing my laptop is enough to play it.
Maybe reinstall or write to the steam support you can also get the game on epic ^^

A friend of mine got the game from epic (i don't own it so i can't give you a guarantee for it) and i haven't heard any complaints yet (at the moment the epic download server is quite busy which means that it might take a little longer) lasts.
