You are confusing something, INTEL iGPU are a disaster. You can even play games with the AMD Vega.
When I upgraded my PC about a year ago, all internal AMD graphics cards were rated with 0 stars (in the tests) at least in the price range where I was looking. And I was just very surprised when people with internal Intel graphics came who could easily play on Full HD something like GTA 5.
Hence my assessment.
Definitely too expensive for an office box. He is still good for this and a bit of multimedia, but then the end of the flagpole is reached very quickly. There are already devices with Ryzen APUs in the price range (or a few more euro) that are more powerful and can therefore be used for a much longer time.
