My friend's WASD buttons don't work anymore. A is only partially possible.
Who knows what to do about it? He's already restarted his laptop.
There isn't much he can do about that.
Cleaning the keyboard might help. If that doesn't work, he could still move these keys to other keys, but that's just a stopgap and will end up with buying a new keyboard
