Everything is very complex, if you don't want to play on it you've already saved money on the graphics card.
Then you need a processor with a graphics unit or a basic graphics card so nothing special.

If you need computing power for gaming, rendering or streaming, you need a powerful graphics card. Useful models start at 200 euro.
If not (only for business) you can do without, or only with Intel CPUs without an F-suffix and with AMD CPUs with a G-suffix.

Do you need multiple monitors?
Do you need a strong CPU for hosting etc? If you host your webshop yourself, you should purchase server hardware or switch to a vServer.
