I have a small problem…

My mouse is always self-employed for a week.

I have a laptop and have often had a virus scanner but proved that I have no virus. If my mouse goes it alone I can do nothing more on my laptop. I can't press any keys anymore. It then takes about half an hour until I can press the buttons again and they react. The whole is but only if I have my mouse in the laptop otherwise everything works.

Information about the mouse:

It's a maxrer

She has a cable connection

Which model exactly I do not know anymore.

Let's reinstall the mouse driver…

The only tips I would have would be either to buy a cheap mouse, and see if the problem persists or to get a mouse pad. Why, however, during the self-employment no more keystrokes can be performed, I can't explain myself.

Otherwise I would try the mouse on another computer. Otherwise, in the Windows 10 settings under "Update and Security" you also have the option to reinstall Windows without losing any data.

If you have any questions just answer.
