My laptop has two hard drives: one SSD and one HDD.
As soon as I download something on Netflix, everything lands on the smaller SSD.
This eventually led to it being overcrowded. Is it possible to change this or work around it?
So far as I know the download is only with the app netflix! There you can set in because of eistellung where it is stored
I have the app but I do not know how I change the location, I do not think that's possible in the app.
This is probably because the SSD is set as a C disk?!
Then you need to make it under pc settings so Settings> System> Storage> New Content Location> New apps will be saved to disk as you wish and click "Apply", then delete and reinstall the Netflix App, the app will saved on the selected disk, as well as all downloads.
On the PC, these are not apps! Only on the tablet you. Mobile are the apps. On the PC these are programs.
In general, with such a PC configuration, as system SSD + data grave HD, the 5 default user directories should be relocated to the HD, and I'm wondering why Microsoft has not strapped yet, and does so automatically. I've often seen Rexchner, the factory 2 hard drives or 2 partitions have, and the system disk / partition overflows after a short time, while the 2nd plate / Patition remains completely unused.
It's not that hard
First close any running programs that have access to default directories.
You make the directories My Pictures, … Documents, … Videos, … Music and Downloads each a right click and select properties here.
In this window, you go to the "Path" tab and change the drive letter in the path shown in the middle of the window. Out

do you have your 2nd hard drive, for example The drive letter e: do you then
e: \ users \ mustermann \ pictures (instead of mustermann of course your username)
Then click on OK. Windows asks if it should create the orrdner, click Yes, then Windows asks if it should move the files, also here click on Yes.
All default directories then work exactly as they would before with any software that stores their data there, but the data will automatically land on the data disk.
If you have to rewrite Windows at some point, you will not lose your data like that, but they will be back in the system quickly if you do that again with the then new (but still empty) default directories.
