Windows 10 Laptop / WLAN problem?

Anyway I have a problem with my Samsung R700 laptop on which Windows 10 Pro is installed, whenever I boot it I have no Internet, it is displayed in the settings that I have selected this network, but then if I have Google open I no Internet, down in the system tray is then always this world logo if you can describe it so instead of holding the Wlan sign, but if I then do the diagnostic test, it always works and I'm connected to the Wlan, but it is still annoying that I always have to do a diagnostic test just to get on the internet, how can I solve this problem permanently? What are the reasons? Looking forward to answers

Go to the Internet settings, then under Wlan and disable using online registration to connect.
